The Jewish people war of survival was not won when Hitler lost. It continues to this day, against enemies with far more effective tools of mass murder at their disposal. Plus we are easy to find now.
In compliance with the 1920 League of Nations Resolution,
two-state solution was implemented in 1922 when British
administration of occupied Israel in violation of International Treaties, (for
50 barrels of oil) allocated more than 77% of Israel territory to Arab-Palestinian
Arabs and created Transjordan (now Jordan in) where today over 90 percent of
the population identify themselves as Arab-Palestinian. Every party, including
UN, EU , US ,
etc., must respect The 1920 San Remo Treaty, the League of Nations Resolutions,
adopted and accepted by UN in 1945. Therefore, all so called “Arab-Palestinians”
must be relocated there in Jordan .
Enough stealing Israel
land. Britain
and Jordan must
compensate Israel
for stolen land and natural resources. That includes the assets and land of the
million Jews and their children, (that lived in the Arab countries for over
2,000 years), who were expelled from Arab countries of which the majority
settled in Greater Israel. (120,444 sq. km. of Jewish Real property was
confiscated, which is 5-6 times the size of Israel
and valued in the trillions of dollars).
The League of Nation was contemplating on filing charges
against Britain
for violating the Mandate for Palestine ,
especially for restricting Jewish immigration prior and during WW2 1939-1947.
History of “Arab-Arab-Palestinians”
Article 24 of the 1964 PLO Charter addressed to UN stipulates: “Arab-Palestinian Muslims do not exercise authority over West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and Gaza territories”
Arab leaders like Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi told the Peel Commission in 1937: “There is no such country as ‘Palestine’; ‘Palestine’ is a term the Zionists invented!”
In 1946, Arab historian Philip Hitti testified before the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry that “there is no such thing asPalestine
in history.”
In 1977, an executive committee member of the PLO Zahir Muhsein confirmed that there is no such thing as a separate “Arab-Palestinian” people of Arab descent. In an interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw inMarch 31, 1977 , he stated the following: “The Arab-Palestinian
people do not exist. The creation of a Arab-Palestinian state is only a means
for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel
for our Arab unity.”
In 1948, Bernadotte, mediator between Jews and Arabs appointed by the UN General Assembly, noted in his journal that the “Arab-Palestinian” Arabs had little desire for independence:
“The Arab-Palestinian Arabs had at present no will of their own. Neither have they ever developed any specifically Arab-Palestinian nationalism. The demand for a separate Arab state inPalestine
is consequently relatively weak. It would seem as though in existing
circumstances most of the Arab-Palestinian Arabs would be quite content to be
incorporated in Transjordan .”
In 1947, Arab leaders protesting the UN partition plan argued thatPalestine
was part of Syria
and “politically, the Arabs of Palestine (were) not (an) independent separate …
political entity.”
Western media must stop broadcasting and publishing fraudulent, fake, false, and distorted information onIsrael
and Jews. Current situation, specifically in Europe , is
quite similar to 1930s, however, we, Jews, learned our lessons and will not
hesitate to give appropriate response to any mortal attacks on us.

The UN must be dismantled. It is a criminal enterprise.
ReplyDeleteAs an example of the way in which the principles of pan-Arab national self-determination then applied to Israel, Stone cited:
a letter dated February 20, 1980 to the Secretary-General, transmitted for UN circulation to the General Assembly and the Security Council in connection with item 26 of A/35/11000-S/13816 (Situation in the Middle East) [which] declared a propos of inclusion in the Charter of a principle of non-use of force:
"The principle of non-use of force shall apply to the relations of the Arab Nation and Arab States with the nations and countries neighboring the Arab homeland. Naturally, as you know, the Zionist entity is not included, because the Zionist entity is not considered a State, but a deformed entity occupying an Arab territory. It is not covered by these principles.
How many holidays do the Arabs-Muslims celebrate due to historical events in the land of ancient Israel and Jerusalem. r9
The Jewish people celebrate most of their holidays and fast days in memory of Jerusalem and Israel since 70 AD (that is over 2,000 years).
Jewish people pray at least 3 times a day, remembering Jerusalem and the Jewish Temple destruction. Pleading the Jewish goal and aspiration to return to Israel and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem - where it was before it was destroyed and desecrated by the enemies of the Jews. Most of the Jewish prayers for thousands of years recite the love of Israel and the Jewish aspirations to return to their ancestral land and bring back its glory and holiness.
At Jewish weddings they break a glass in memory of Jerusalem and the aspiration to return and build the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem.
Every day at the end of the meal the Jews recite a blessing and thank G-d for providing sustenance and beseech G-d to return and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem.
Most Jewish prayers mention our glorious memory of Jerusalem and the Jewish Temple and pleading to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple.

Almighty G-d, Lord of Israel You have given us this good land for our heritage. We humbly ask You that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of Your favor and glad to do Your will. Bless our land with honorable endeavor, sound learning and pure manners. Save us from violence, discord, and confusion, from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way. Defend our liberties and fashion into one united people the multitude brought here out of many nations and tongues. Endow with the Spirit of wisdom those to whom in Your Name we entrust authority of government, that there may be justice and peace at home, and that through obedience to Your law we may show forth Your praise among the nations on earth. In time of prosperity fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble do not allow our trust in You to fail. Amen.
ReplyDeleteHow come the U.N. does not issue resolutions against the U.S. for taking land from the American Indians or the Mexicans and the same applies to Canada and other Nations of the world.
ReplyDeleteYJ Draiman
Israel does not need U.N. recognition to build anywhere in The Historical Land of Israel.
ReplyDelete1. The Jewish people have that right from the almighty, and anyone that counteract that right will pay the price.
2. The Jewish people have the Faisal Weizmann Agreement of January 1919.
3 The Jewish people have that internationally guaranteed by the Supreme Allied Powers at the 1920 San Remo Conference, (read the minutes of the Paris peace conference of 1918-19 and the 1920 San Remo) which incorporated the 1917 Balfour Declaration as having the force of International law, allocating all of Palestine as the reconstituted Jewish National Home (with about 120, sq. km. and the Arabs/Muslims were allocated and received over 12 million sq. km. with a wealth of oil reserves). The Arab countries terrorized and expelled over a million Jewish families who lives in those countries over 2,700 years and confiscated all their assets, including: personal items, businesses, homes and over 120,000 sq. km. of Jewish owned Real Estate for over 2,400 years, valued in the trillions of dollars. Most of the expelled Jewish families and their children were resettled in The Land of Israel, and today comprise over half the population. The Arabs were reallocated illegally over three quarters of Jewish allocated territory by the British which is the new Arab State of Jordan everything east of The Jordan River. The Jordanians expelled the Jews and confiscated their assets and forbids Jews from owning property and or residing in Jordan.
3. The Jewish people are the surviving indigenous people of The Land of Israel and have a continuous habitation of the land.
4. The U.S. Congress issued a resolution signed by President Harding in 1922, recognizing those rights of the Jewish people.
The U.N. a useless organization
In a Democratic legal system if you have decision that you think is erroneous or unjust you can appeal that decision and many times it is reversed.
U.N. opinions and or resolutions are biased, unjust, arbitrary and capricious (the same apply to the ICJ – International Court of Justice).
The U.N. has issued numerous opinions and resolutions that are biased, unsubstantiated and contrary to historical and factual evidence. This U.N. collusion with corrupt and biased countries and the issuance of egregious opinions and resolution has eroded the credibility of the U.N. beyond repair.
This has raised the ire and an outcry by many nations, politicians and institutions to de-fund the U.N. and dismantle it.
It is well known that the U.N. and the ICJ can only offer and issue a non-binding advisory recommended opinions and resolutions which carry no legal affect. They can only issue a non-binding recommendation and resolution and if it is accepted by all parties, then their recommended opinion and resolution is applicable. Otherwise it has no meaning, validity, and no legal standing.
Therefore, my suggestion is stop panicking and aggrandizing these biased criminal organizations. Their recommended opinion has no meaningful value.
By reacting to and citing the recommendations of this criminal organization as having any validity, you are misleading the public that the recommended opinions by these criminal organizations might have some validity.
It is time to expose the fraud and deception by these unethical, corrupt and unjust organizations and dismantle them completely.
It will also save a substantial amount of money and resources that could be put to a better use.

P.S. The League of Nations was replaced by the United Nations, since the league did not accomplish its purpose. The U.N. has not accomplished its purpose for what it was created to perform ethically and honestly.
ReplyDeleteIn today's society the Nations of the world can function without an organization such as the U.N.
If the Nations of the world desire to establish a new International Peace organization, it must put some very specific Charter, with a caveat, that if it is not performing unbiased, ethically, honestly and justly, with respect to each member country, it will be dismantled.
A citizens committee might be set to monitor its functions to perform ethically, justly and unbiased, un-falsified, verified and substantiated factual unbiased opinions.

Since the Arab-Palestinians are inciting to commit terror and violence. Support terrorists and their families. Arab-Palestinian leaders name streets after suicide bombers and celebrate the death of Israelis. They the Arab-Palestinians are Israel’s enemy and must be vanquished and not treated as a legitimate entity, but as a terrorist entity which is no difference than Hamas or Hezbollah.
ReplyDeleteIt is time for Israel to go on an all out offensive to extinguish this terrorist entity and take full control of all of Judea and Samaria which is Jewish territory under divine law and International Law.
Any Arabs west of the Jordan River who riot or commit violence and resist Israel’s authority must be expelled and their assets liquidated to compensate for the damages.
The Arab-Palestinian leadership are terrorizing their own Arab population. It is time to give the Arab-Palestinians who want to live in peace a chance to flourish and expand their economic future.
There is no one else that can accomplish this task but Israel.
Time for action is now. Every delay only increases the terror and violence and reduces the safety and security of the citizens of Israel.
Do not worry about world opinion; they complain no matter what action Israel takes. Israel must restore complete safety and security to its people without reservations.
